I am so pissed. I paid my bill on time. I received confirmation that it was paid, yet, they did not deduct from my account. Today (after hours of course) I get a notice that my Insurance was cancelled. They cannot get it together to deduct from my account and they blame me! That is it! I am shopping around!
I am 75 years old and have had car insurance since I was 16 years old and I quite agree that this is the most horrible insurance company.I have ever dealt with
When I canceled May 24th and had paid my bill May 10th they charged me another $111.00. Said that you pay for your insurance the month after you use it. Not before. I was only paying about $86.00 a month. So if that is true, why did I pay so much for half a month?
Year year constantly raising their prices to where it’s non-affordable will not work with you just tells you to have a higher deductible very unhappy with the company.
