My prior employer and I have been trying to port over an employer held policy into a personal policy since March 19th, 2026. It’s June 2nd, 2026 and the Client Relationship Manager assigned to my case has been everything less than “managerial.” Week(s) late responses, lies, and misinformation. Sad to say just another dissatisfied customer in the long line of poor Google reviews here. I suggest this Hartford location should start to hire some people who actually want to do their job…..
I just tried to get a quote and was denied. They claim I have more than 1 NOT AT FAULT accident in the past 36 months. This is not true. I've had only one accident in the past 15 years and it was a NOT AT FAULT accident. And the accident was 1 month ago. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Thanks for nothing. This company does not look out for seniors. Shame on you.
Incredibly frustrating experience with Hartford. Commercial policy holder for six years. Attempted to add an E&O policy to my account. What an incredibly poor experience from Customer Service. Three calls over five days for a total of two hours; five emails to the Customer Service associates I worked with on the phone. Zero responses. I sent follow ups for assistance to the CustomerCare email address; zero response. I decided to cancel my business with them immediately and moved on to another company.
