This is absolutely ridiculous. These people don’t answer the phone at all. I’ve been calling the case worker every single day. They said everything has been approved but yet they still have not sent the funds to get my car fixed. I need Elane or whatever her name is to contact me immediately. This is not the way you treat people.

Mi experiencia con esta Aseguradora para Autos,ha sido muy terrible, en razon , que uno llama para preguntar algo y lo pasan de extension en extension, y sus empleados con el decir que no tienen acceso a la poliza de uno no pueden ayudarlo. Dura uno 1 hora en la linea hasta cuando la comunicacion se corta muy dificil la comunicacion con ellos.
