Awful customer experience. Went online to get a quote, put all my information in, they said it's not available and go to their partner trivoly. Called them, gave the ai all my information, it transferred me to a person who wanted to verify it all. Transferred me to another company, again verify, transfer to another company? If I can give a ZERO star review, I will. Avoid this company at all costs and I feel bad for companies who have Hartford as their partner. I applied for a Short Term Disability and they are asking for UNREALISTIC AND SPECIFIC requirements from the Doctors. My doctor has filled out the same form TWICE and for them it does not qualify as a Disability. My representative, Marylene Ramseur does not even answer calls and does not give specific reasons why she denies my claim. I may end up paying my company for the salary continuat... read more
