If I can give a ZERO star review, I will. Avoid this company at all costs and I feel bad for companies who have Hartford as their partner. I applied for a Short Term Disability and they are asking for UNREALISTIC AND SPECIFIC requirements from the Doctors. My doctor has filled out the same form TWICE and for them it does not qualify as a Disability. My representative, Marylene Ramseur does not even answer calls and does not give specific reasons why she denies my claim. I may end up paying my company for the salary continuat... read more
if they have to pay you something they just disappear, even on the phone they don't even return calls or emails. I'm suffering a lot, I've had a lot of damage and no help so far.
my Experience with the Hartford, is really bad, to cancel the policy they charge me 5 months payments, not recommended at all.
