Joani was great until recently. Then it's like she couldn't be bothered to look into the answers to my questions because my case was almost over. I had to do a lot of calling around and research on my own. She's very nice, but doesn't make attempts to educate herself more than she wants to be educated. Just says, "I don't know." Had to contact other attorneys for the answers. She's not bad.... Just don't expect a very thorough attorney.
Ms. Harshman is an excellent attorney, knowledgeable about the law, and really cares for her clients.
