Redwood is extremely responsive to maintenance requests.
A reminder review that this is a horrible corporation to rent from. They will put you in danger, and will not take residential safety seriously. They do not enforce their own speed limits, pick and choose lease “violations” they want to enforce. They also allow non residents to harass and threaten, paying tenants. Then refuse to work with the police. Bone spurs in my ankle after they took over a year to fix a drainage hole in the yard, that I rolled my ankle in.
