Everyone you meet who works at The Harrison is compassionate to those who have a temporary or permanent need to be here. For my family's case, it was for a dear member who was here temporarily two times. Their kindness meant so much to our family. Thank you, Harrison. Many thanks to V in medical records for being timely and efficient and making my job so much easier. The nurses and aides who make all therapy sessions smoother and the therapy staff for making every day more enjoyable.
This place is unbelievely incredible. I have been to a lot of nursing homes with relatives and friends and have not seen much compassion inmany of them. This place has treated me with so much dignity and respect, kindness and compassion. I am here for skilled nursing with a fractured leg. They are so respectful of my limitations and help me constantly move that leg as I cannot move it on my own. I will say this is a beautiful place but some of the people that work there is rude as heck and i visited this facility more than once and i understand they have other Patients but they need to do better than they are doing there and i had to call the front desk to get help for one of their patient and one time i talked to Ashley she was was very rude and she come in the patient room and put his call bottom where he couldn’t reach it and that really made my heart hurt cause he can’t do for himself and they get paid for doing... read more
If I could do zer stars I would. The Hospital referred us to this place after my dad was at the hospital for a week that way he could gain some strengthen, my dad is 80 yrs old. From the 1st day no one cared, he requires oxygen 24/7 , multiple times I found him without his oxygen and his oxygen level was at 80. He felt multiple times because he called to go to the bathroom and no one went so he tried to go himself (which he couldn't) so he felt and we don't know when they finally found him on the floor , bleeding.
