Excellent dr. Very patient
New to Brantford and noticed accepting new patients, I simply asked the very rude receptionist if I could possibly be put on a wait list, she replied that she has her own list and brushed me off. This is typical Healthcare in Canada especially dealing with receptionist at the front desk. After being treated like that over the phone is just a reflection on this establishment as a whole. I would not recommend contacting or inquiring about a family physician here.
dr ali is one of the worst drs ive met. he sent my moms meds to my dad and deemed him a diabetic which he is not, my mom is DEATHLY allergic to codeine and sent not one but 2 precriptions for a humerus with 3 breaks with codeine, then gave her lyrica... now dealing with the side effect of tnat, he clearly doesnt readt patient charts before doing anything.... TBIS DAUGHTER IS NOT ÌMPRESSED!!!!!
