DO NOT COME HERE!! I experienced racism, attitude and disrespect from the staff in a place where we go to get better11 I brought this to the Drs attention and he completely ignored this without any apologies. The payment was made before the appointment, however, staff publicly embarrassed me saying that I could not leave the clinic because she assumed I had not paid and treated me like a thief. 07 October 24. Despicable service. I AM NOT RECOMEND THIS CLINIC!!
Been going to see dr Beechey Newman for at least 10 years. He’s fabulous and so is his team.
I had a scan here and 8 months later I had a NHS scan which showed I had high grade DCIS resulting in a mastecotomy. The Hareley Street Breast Clinic did not notice the tell tail signs of DCIS - I took my disc from HSBC to the hospital that treated me and they showed me that the DCIS was visible in the scan and could have been detected 8 months earlier potentially saving my breast
Fantastic professionals. Kind and helpful in every way. Open minded to accommodating my complicated traveling situation from abroad and limited time in London, and caring and helpful on the phone when making the initial contact in the first place- NO phone robot responses, or holding the line. My medical care was first rate. I felt confident in the hands of the doctors and medical assistants, and the after care and prompt responses to emails, concerning insurance payment was invaluable. I had my second mammogram at Harley Street Breast Clinic last Friday. Very happy with the service and the whole experience. Whilst I did not have any specific concerns, having implants I think it is best to have a mammogram once a year. I previously had Ruth do the mammogram but this time I had April. Both ladies are very gentle and do not make you feel self conscious in the slightest. In fact, all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming and put you at ease.
