As you can see from recent reviews, this place flakes out on you last minute without warning. It's happened to me on multiple occasions. A few times I showed up, the shop wasn't even open! It's a shame because when they did show up, they did a pretty good cut for a good price. Used to be a great neighborhood barber. If you book here, you are setting yourself up for aggravation.
This place was awesome when they employed Matt. He was one of my fave barbers ever. Since he left, I’ve had only bad experiences. The latest incident? Just showed up for an appointment, and the doors are locked, barber (Jeff) is nowhere to be seen, and the front window is broken. This in spite of multiple appointment confirmation texts. Now I’m stuck in the pouring rain out front. This place seems to be out of business, or not taking their business seriously at all. Try somewhere else.
Adding to the list of no shows. Shop locked, lights off, phone straight to voicemail. Really been liking Jeff’s haircuts for the past year or so, but there was no option to choose a barber when I booked, so maybe Jeff has moved on, and maybe now so will I. Bummer.
