Another no show, drove from east of Gatineau and paid for parking.
Had an appointment made 3 days in advance. When I arrived at the shop, it was closed. I wouldn't leave a bad review if they had tried to contact me, but the fact that the owner is willing to let customers show up to an empty shop with no notice tells you what you need to know. There's an obvious lack of commitment to his business and of respect for his customers' time. To the person reading this, look at the countless other reviews that mirror what I've just said. Unacceptable. Thomas did a no show at an afternoon appointment I booked in advanced (and it was confirmed). I drove there and wasn't notified of cancellations. Didn't tell other staff to cancel on his behalf or even said where he was.
