Well the fact that it's out of business doesn't help things.
While Brahim was very nice and helpful, the installers ignored his instructions (ie. they chose not to use the wax paper he ordered saying it’s too thin to work). The installers cut the doorposts short and denied doing so and I had to pay out of pocket to fix them. Some of the floor is not perfectly flat (higher elevation in some parts). The installers didn’t care about colour, so some of their arrangements were baffling. Han the one who installed the wood stairs was great. Overall hoped for better but ok.

They were very accurate with the measurements, so there were no extra boxes left over. ProInstallers did the installation. George and Henry were on time, completed the work in four hours, and cleaned up after themselves. Would highly recommend them. I love how the floors look.
