Dennis restored/repaired a vintage Eastlake style mirror (125 yr old) and he did a very nice job. Would have him do work in the future.
They did a great job tightening up 6 antique dining chairs that have seen many holiday dinners over the years. One chair broke while a guest was sitting in it and it's now as good as new! Dennis also thoroughly cleaned them and they look amazing. I'm happy to have this shop in Mt Horeb!
He couldn't find the email of my mom's antique bookcase picture wise. He would probably loose the bookcase. I can't trust that....since she passed away. I sent the pictures before you left for England. I talked to a friend who said it's possible to loose emails. Sorry about the misunderstanding on my part. No hard feelings....keep up with the good work.
Dennis’s craftsmanship has now become part of the history of our heirloom Biedermeier (1815-1850) rolltop desk. His work respected the original workmanship of the desk, even mirroring an earlier repair. Dennis restored the integrity and beauty of our heirloom desk, ensuring that it will survive for generations to come.
Excellent work at a fair price. Dennis restored our century-old chairs that were in bad shape (including one that was shattered) and was straightforward about the whole process.
