Reserved a trailer on 4/6, to pick up 4/16 for a 24 hr rental. Got a rental verification from U Haul. Called The Hardware Store on 4/16 before going in to pick it up. They had no record of my rental and had coincidentally rented it out for 24 hours to someone else, just that day! Offered to rent me a new dump trailer for 4 times as much, but didn't seem to want materials hauled in it as they were worried about it getting dented.
