Just want to say a massive thank you for the wonderful treatment I have received over the last six months. After two difficult extractions within a few months that were so easy for Alan, would not let anyone else remove teeth for me. Alan was so patient in waiting for tooth numb as so badly infected due to being cracked. After discussing I then chose to have an implant placed once healed a few months later. Charge premium price which was payable before the end of the orthodontist’s payment, as soon as the sum was paid the quality of the service hit the ground and they just wanted me out of the practice as soon as possible, which resulted in a sub-par orthodontic result, reported them to the General Dental Council and while their misconduct wasn’t serious enough to have their license removed reports confirmed that the quantity of treatment provided and consequent conducts was below industry standards.
I have been with this surgery for several years and my surgeon was Allan Dixon. I have a dental phobia and Allan has always put me at ease every time I have visited the surgery. I had an appointment booked for the end of December 2021, but cancelled it due to the rising cases of omicron, and didn’t want risk my family and I being ill for Christmas.
