Really impressed with Harbour Medical Practice. It’s located near the Eastbourne Harbour area, about 10–15 minutes from the town centre. The reception area is clean and modern, and checking in is easy with the self check-in screens. Once you’re checked in, you get called to your appointment via the screen, which keeps things running smoothly. The whole place feels well-organised and up to date. We changed to this surgery recently. I have to say, they are on the ball and the service has been exemplary.
Typical rude staff on reception, you care little unless you’re 60yrs old+. Rude phone manner, they messed up three of my samples leaving me very ill for weeks and weeks. When I got a prescription finally it was only half so I had to pay two prescription fees for no fault of my own. Very typical NHS GP practice. Very uncaring
Went to get a lump on leg checked, saw practice nurse. Confirmed arrival automatically, appointment on time. Diagnosed and confirmed with doctor. Text sent telling me I had a prescription to pick up which I could do at any chemist. Also diagnosed an issue with a tendon in my hand at the same time. Not been for over 10 years so took the opportunity to get that checked too. Five stars. I don’t see what more you could want.
