We had a fantastic experience during our recent stay at The Harbour House. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, spacious, and surpassed our expectations. The location is ideal - just a short walk to the Charlottetown waterfront. Breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options. If you’re planning a visit to PEI and want an inviting place to stay, I would highly recommend The Harbour House.

We were expecting water views and bycicle rental somehow that didn't work out. If you stay here it's a 15 walk to anywhere. Everything else was perfect.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience at The Harbour House. We were greeted by incredibly friendly and welcoming staff who explained all the amenities and areas of the building that we had access to. This included lounges and sitting areas as well as the complimentary breakfast in the morning which was also delicious. We stayed in the yellow room which was on the second floor. I wish I could give this cozy place a 4.5-star rating, but it only allows for 4 or 5. It gets a 5 on everything except one big omission--an outdoor public deck/patio/balcony. I shall elaborate. Like many Boutique Hotels in Charlottetown, this was an old, historic house that was once sitting in a field, then made into an inn when the town grew up. We had the worst experience possible at the Harbour House and I would caution anyone booking on Expedia. The rooms shown on the site show two beds in a room that looks spacious, so I booked the room based on the fantastic reviews. The room we were given (the “Yellow” room) was so awful we could not stay there.Like a single room, with two fold away cots stuffed in and a bathroom so small in a closet, not enough room for two people with only carryon luggage.
