Update 2/5/2025: This matter has been resolved. Original Post 10/8/2024: Shante Maddison displays herself to be well versed, professional, and attentive to your questions. That is until she has you locked into a buyer representation contract. I worked with Shante to go under contract on a house and throughout the process I encountered fees that I did not originally plan to cover because it was miscommunicated that the seller would pay those fees.
