Abraham (trainer) is legit. The facility is up to date with the latest equipment. From the FITCAMP TO THE ZUMBA, TO CYCLING. Awesome people to workout with.
Been coming here for at least 2 years Maya always has me sweating the fit camp is a great full body work out... Zumba is always fun and makes me sore every time totally recommend this place for anyone looking for a challenge... They have zumba weights class and cycling along with fit camp for kids and zumba for kids!!!
