They required $50 to make booking a month in advance and couldn't refund me when I cancelled in time and had to go elsewhere. Luckily I went elsewhere and was prescribed antibiotics to be taken 3 days before dental work due to joint replacement... not just on the day. I'd go elsewhere. Difficult people to deal with.
Dr Ana is so kind and gentle and a fabulous childrens dentist, makes the entire process a breeze.
I have just had dealings with Happy Tooth Scone and they were wonderful. I have a tennage daughter staying in Scone for a school trip and started getting a bad toothache. I arranged a booking with them and they were able to diagnose the issue. They contacted me straight after the appointment. As it wasn't needed to be done right away, they are arranging to send a report off to our local dentist so they can plan options for the work needed. Staff were very polite and helpful. The best dental experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in it was highly professional. The consult was thorough, knowledgeable and they were understanding to my queries too. Highly recommend. Thank you The Happy Tooth for providing such a great service in a small country town. Love the paintings on the walls also
