My niece was seen here and the way these individuals treated her and her mother was reprehensible to say the least. The staff is rude and incompetent. They lost her paperwork between the time she came in and the time the Dentist made it to the room, almost 45 min later. They treated her like she was inconveniencing them and then did nothing to help her at all. Will never go back and will never recommend. Sad, just sad. This office is fantastic!!! I took my child there and the staff was so patient and took time to explain to my child what they were go I g to do. Each time that we have been the staff has been nothing but nice and attentive. I would recommend this orthodontist to anyone. �
