Amir is no longer in the state and does not run the company. I set up an appointment for a week later with Sergio and tried to confirm the morning of the appointment. Sergio didn’t remember me until I reminded him of out discussion and then he told me that he had no one who could come out. He was not apologetic and I felt compelled to write a negative review as a result.

Amir at Happy Plunger is the best!! It's so hard to find competent and honest plumbers in the Coachella Valley, trust me I've learned the hard way. I had another company (cough cough KC) lie to me on this job and try to upcharge me hundreds of dollars on stuff I don't need. Amir was straight to the point, on time, GREAT PRICE, and did the job quickly and cleanly. I finally found my forever plumber in the desert!

Amir arrived 40 minutes after our phone conversation and brought all the tools needed to unclog our laundry sink drain. He worked quickly and was very professional and personable. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Amir or to hire him again. What a nice guy and a fair rate!
