Feel like I was taken advantage of and they new I was in a vulnerable position and with little mercy. Continuous misdiagnoses and costly tests. I had to be the one insisting on correct testing. Also they did procedure that left my cat in horrible shape. He never recovered.
MINUS FIVE STARS I went here for feline dental service May 7th to July 14th. Today my cat is still in pain and is drooling, extreme mouth sensitivity, hardly eating anything, keeping to herself, depressed. I received a written quote at first appointment. I was told she has a "possible" UTI so she was prescribed antibiotic pills and received them as directed. I highly recommend Tawnya she is very good at what she does, very knowledgeable and compassionate, along with her staff. Honestly can't say enough about how great this team of people are.
