Straight up awesome! Bought a house a year ago and over time have found some sketchy stuff previous owner had done. Have had "Happy Outlet" out twice and they are amazing! Not only are David, Brett, and the rest of the crew great at what they do and charge a fair price but they are awesome people. They are nice, friendly, and respectful people coming in your home. This company isn't just the best electrical service business out there. They set a high standard that I wish every service company and contractor should strive for! From booking to the completion of the job to the cost, they are simply awesome! On time, friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, skilled, and guaranteed. What could be better? Holy crap, best Electrical company out there PERIOD! Probably in all of Reno/Carson/Tahoe. Kevin and Luis came out to install 4 chandeliers, 5 wall sconces and some minor electrical fixes. They were SO PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS and CONSCIENTIOUS. I am speechless at how professional and put together this crew is, uniforms, beautiful vans etc. A+ guys. I called this morning for service and set an appointment for later in the week. I was put on cancellation standby in the event a technician got free today. I received a call early afternoon advising the technician, Jack, would be at my house within the hour. The techs arrived on time and were very professional.
