Dr. Scarpati's book Hypnotize Yourself is great! Very informational yet an easy read. Highly recommend it if you are looking to make any type of positive change in your life!

On June 24, 2023 I celebrated my 1 year anniversary of quitting smoking. It is all because of Dr. Scarpati. I smoked for over 45 years and have tried numerous times to quit. Nothing worked for me. A couple of my friends told me they quit by hypnosis, so I researched on line and found Dr. Scarpati. I am extremely happy with the results and have referred Dr. Scarpati to all my friends and family. I am currently smoke free for 420 days and saved over $3,700.00.
