Genuinely let down. So many dropped balls, no vendors booked by planner, extreme confusion on what family members are walking down the aisle with who. “I don’t know” response when parents asked planner about aisle order. Nothing felt taken care of and everything was a guessing game. Happy Hour Hostess is amazing. As a photographer they make life SO easy. Not just that but I've seen the attention they offer their clients and the ease and security they bring to each event they do. She's also one of the most genuine and happy people you'll ever meet. I dont think I've ever seen Carrie not smiling. It's kind of the best.
