I purchased a cartridge and when I got home it was awful, had a sulfer/rotten egg taste. I took it back and the crew at the Wenatchee store were awesome and made sure I was taken care of and after getting manager approval gladly exchanged it. I love coming into your shops, your staff is always friendly and knowledgeable!
We have had some really good experiences here. But the bad, outweighs the good. 80% of the time we get pre rolls that are “recommended” by staff and they are crap. Not even smokeable. Waste of money. Really wish i wasn’t so misled
