Absolutely one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The older woman working there was extremely rude, dismissive, and clearly had no interest in helping customers. From the moment I walked in, her tone and attitude were hostile and unprofessional. It felt like I was being treated as a problem instead of a customer. Being a Chef every time I come to Charlottesville I stop to see what the latest dream items I can find. I have a few Chef's knives on my wish list. Today need a Pastry tool for a Jamaican party I am catering. I found a pastry wheel that will work perfectly. This is where I got my Baking stone and I have had it for years. Great place.

I originally bought my Le Creuset pot from them in 2020 because I wanted to shop local, and also have a return location in case of a problem with the product. 5 years later, I’m SO GLAD I shopped with them!!! I found a chip the other day in my creuset pot and proceeded to have an anxiety attack (it wasn’t only the cost that upset me, but it was an anniversary gift from my husband).
