Our work together has been the most fruitful work I've ever done with a therapist. Talk therapy helped, but with Alyson and EMDR, things have really shifted for the better in so many areas of my life. I continue to experience the ripples of significant positive changes in my response to events, my perspective, and my ability to truly love and care for myself.
From my personal experience, and continued experience, Alison provided hardly any value to my treatment. And sure, if it’s just not a “fit”, it’s not one, but I feel duped out of spending at least $1,000 there. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this place.
Without a doubt the best therapist I've ever had. I don't even live in the same city anymore but keep sessions going by zoom. Deeply appreciate you, Alyson!
