Not a bad place but there is minor issues. 9/10 times gates seem to not work, mold in garage roof from a leak that no one wants to take responsibility for. The final issue is there is someone complaining about kids playing with each other and telling false lies to committee eg. someone reported me for opening gate before it was in site, speeding in the speeding down to my garage and speeding into garage, the failed to realise my vehicle wasn’t even on the premises since the the day before.
Can you please clean up your overgrown mess you have left at the rear of new town houses you cleared trees put in drainage and seeded now it is completely over grown an utter mess. report sent to council
Recently moved into my townhouse and it's in a great spot close to everything and quite peaceful, good quality finishes and appliances few minor imperfections as to be expected but all was quickly rectified, all the guys on site have been great from start to finish and also the building site manager has been great very easy to deal with.
fantastic place, very suit for family to live, quite and nice ! very happy with it!
