Had a roof claim from a past storm. Contacted the claims department and an adjuster was assigned and contacted us within 48 hours. A check was issued within five days after independent inspector submitted report. It was fairly quick and a first filed homeowner's claim. They're a solid company.
Do not and I mean do not ever do business with this insurance company! The service that we received is beyond disgusting. AT&T flooded our house and we had to file a claim to fix the house. The contractors (they forced us to use because they refused to pay a decent contacting company the money required to fix the home properly) did a horrible job fixing our home. Our home is still not fixed properly and we are having to spend money out of our pocket to fix the so called repairs to our home. They never inspected our home to m... read more
