Terrible claims service! We will have to hire an attorney to get fair payment for our loss. The entire side of our store is gone and Hanover wants to give us $20k for all of this damage. That is less than 1/3 of the cost of just repairing the damage to the store. We have over $400,000 in coverage, so it isn’t a matter of coverage limits.
I have a claim thru Hanover the adjuster Melissa said that the business won't contact her to settle the claim after 2 months, So I called the company she's supposed to be the adjuster to someone called me back and said they spoke with her twice and gave her the info she needed to settle claim. I wouldn't recommend Hanover just from the experience I had.
Mean-spirited employees. Be wary of the raters.
