This company has been dodging my calls for over 3 months, despite being proactive about calling repeatedly and trying to reach the agent handling my case. I have had the distinct displeasure of processing a total of three motor vehicle insurance claims through Hanover, and every single one has been rife with errors, mishandling, and general unprofessional behavior by Hanover staff.
