I was getting charged about $140 for coverage on my 2015 ford fusion. I have no accidents and no tickets on my driving record, and I’m a 25 year old woman. *update! After a dramatic increase in my mortgage, I’ve found that my homeowners insurance premium has DOUBLED in 2 years. Almost $500 this year. No claims filed. *update! Hanover reached out after I posted this review and rescinded the notice of non-renewal. They so graciously increased our premium by 40%. Make sure no one runs into you! Customer service was quick and informative and very helpful when I was involved in a not at fault collision. I had a home and auto bundled Platinum policy with Hanover for 4 years. I have no points on my license nor have I had in 30 years. I have had no claims on either auto or home and every year I would get the anticipated premium increase on my policy renewal. This year when I received my renewal I was shocked to see that my auto premium was increased by 20% and my homeowners was increased 30%. I cannot believe how terrible every facet of working with this insurance company has been. Issues with billing, issues with refund, issue with a claim, the website and app never work. There is no reason to use this company, they’re terrible.
