No one ever wants to make a claim in the mining industry, but on occasion you must. One of my employees got into some quick sand, and sunk the dozer we had on rent. We were able to get the dozer out, but not after we hydro-locked the engine. We called the dealer to let them know, then called Hanover to file a claim. The true value of an insurance company is when you have to make a claim. Our basement had some flooding and water damage that was sever enough for us to file a claim. Michael, our adjuster at Hanover, did a fantastic job. He truly went above and beyond in customer service. My claim was processed quickly, fairly, and with excellent communication during the entire process. Based on my experience, I recommend Hanover for your P&C insurance needs.
