Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident. Hanover handled it quickly and efficiently, the representatives were friendly and caring. They suggested an excellent facility for repairs(Mountain View Auto) and the work was done exceptionally well and completed earlier than estimated!
Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Stay away. You are getting insurance and a headache. Incorrect billing, no help or care. Just not worth it.
Hanover Ins. acted swiftly and fairly on the very rare occasions that our family needed their help. We have no complaints except like all insurance companies, rates keep increasing.
We enjoy a very satisfactory experience with Hanover. They are fairly priced, give excellent service and quick to respond when we need any type of information. When the unexpected happens, Hanover has been there to help us recover quickly, and fully. We love our agent, Barbara Brennan. She is beyond exceptional!
1st year went fine with my home insurance. Second year not great, sent a payment for the year for the amount was asked by the CS Rep on phone. Then policy canceled two days later and no reached out and said nothing. A lot of back and forth to get any answers.
