Very unreliable for booking appointments. Could have had the job done by now instead of waiting for service. The owners response below is made up. My husband had waited a week for this guy and no follow up.
The Hanlyman came out and repaired a broken water pipe under my mother's cabin. While he was there he looked into why there was a natural gas smell near the gas meter. He confirmed that there were some minor leaks, tightened the fittings and recommended I get the gas company to come out and replace them. Mark seemed very knowledgeable and his expertise helped avoid what could have been a disaster. Highly recommend. LB
We just had Mark install a new hot water tank. We changed the tank size and with the age of our house, it was not a typical straight forward install. He was super professional and his attention to detail was awesome. If we need any additional plumbing or gas fitting done he'll definitely get the call.
We live at a small hamlet near Lake Isle and had trouble with a frozen septic pipe when the temperature reached -44... There appeared to be no hope left to find a plumber as most either told me they didn't do septic work or they didn't have the time. I called Mark and although he was working non-stop because 'everybody' was having trouble and some had no heat, he kept in contact to make sure we were okay while waiting our turn.
