The Hanley Insurance Agency puts their customers first with their excellent customer service, treating the customers they serve as people and not numbers. They are very proactive in ensuring that the coverage they offer is right for the individuals and meets their needs. Their follow-up with inquiries and issues is very timely, and it leaves me feeling like a valued customer. I highly recommend The Hanley Insurance Agency and as Allstate slogan state-I am in good hands with them as my insurance agent.

Just prior to my homeowners policy renewal, I received a letter from this agency offering a highly attractive premium. However, when I called to request the policy details, I was quoted a premium that was nearly three times higher than the amount stated in the letter. I find this discrepancy deeply concerning and believe it reflects misleading business practices. Consumers should exercise caution when dealing with this agency.

Stephanie made it easy for me to switch my renters from Geico with no issues. She’s easy to get in touch with and is very knowledgeable in insurance and answered all the questions I had without a problem!

Stefany has gone above and beyond to help my father who’s primary language is Spanish. She has helped him insure his new vehicle and got him all the paperwork we need for the RMV all completely filled out and labeled for signatures. She answers all his questions whenever he calls her and if she doesn’t know she finds out and gives him a call with the correct information. This is one company that has Spanish customer service that us Hispanic customers love! Thank you Stefany!
