I had a great experience. I had an opportunity to have a knowledgeable agent. he works me through the process with no pressure to which I really appreciate. I had a better with Allstate, with better coverage at a lower annual premium. I will recommend Hanley Agency for home and Auto Coverage.

Update: It's 2023, and I'm getting a new policy through Allstate. The rep I spoke to, Alicia, was phenomenal. Very helpful and informative. Understood all my very specific questions and was friendly as well. My rep Erik Blondell is just a super nice, down to earth guy. Jillian also seems quite nice and they got me a great deal on renters and auto insurance. Wasn't expecting such human treatment from an insurance company.
I couldn't be happier really. There were a few issues switching over to the new homeowner's insurance, primarily due to the old insurance company and the mortgage company and the folks at The Hanley Agency went above and beyond to explain the issue and get it resolved. My emails and calls were returned promptly and the issue was resolved for me with no hassles at all. Based upon my experience I would strongly recommend The Hanley Agency!
