I've been going to this gym for a couple of years now and the passion and dedication shown by the owner, Jenny, and all members of staff is intoxicating. Every time you think you can't do something, Jenny will help you prove yourself wrong. I started 2 weeks ago. I try, and go to at least 1 class everyday. It really doesn't matter which class you go to they are all challenging, but super rewarding after. The staff is so nice, and helpful. Place is clean, and organized. Also have met some people who i see becoming friends.
Changed my life and energy levels. Childcare is wonderful too. 10/10. Every class is a great experience
The Hangout is a gym like I’ve never been to! The community and support you feel the minute you enter the building is unmatched! I felt like a part of the family from the very first class I went to! The childcare is amazing and love on our boys like their own! I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone wanting to better themselves physically, spiritually and emotionally!🤍
