Working with this management team has been a pleasure. The property manager is always available and the maintenance crew are always prompt and super nice. We appreciate the fact that they care about their property and their tenants.

Let's be clear..... When it comes to The Handyman Property alot if us wouldn't have a home right now. Due to our past, felony backgrounds, etc. Erika gives people a second chance, she don't see the arrest or crimes, she just sees people. And understands that situations can arise and a person may have to miss a week's worth of work because the death of a that person's mother. Erika was understanding and gave me time to get caught back up. When I call her about any problems with my apartment, she has her maintenance team right... read more
