We had Wesley cater our wedding that we held at our house outside. The Handsome Oyster Team did an amazing job of creating a menu, preparing food, and serving. They brought everything they needed to set up and to make it look professional and the entire team was hands on and professional throughout the entire night!
An absolute gourmet delight! Wesley and his team created the perfect Mediterranean Themed feast for our family of 20 during our annual holiday gathering in Chatham. The vegetables and herbs were fresh from their garden, the menu was innovative and perfectly tailored to satisfy everyone, and the sweet strawberry cream dessert had us licking our plates. Chef Kristian prepared an unbelievable private dinner for our family. Kristian created a custom menu including a beautiful charcuterie board, several appetizers and two entrees with sides. The food was incredible - both in presentation and taste. The entire group couldn’t stop talking about how delicious the food was.
