I just had a brake issue and Sam toolk the bike right then and there and 30 minutes later he had found and fixed the issue.
Cool bike shop with lots of goodies for serious bikers. And the owner Gilad is super friendly and helpful.
We had a trip to Ashland for some mountain biking and on the first day down the mountain I discovered I was woefully “under-tired.” Rode into the shop that afternoon hoping to get some more aggressive tires and go back to our house to swap them out. The guys at The Handlebar took care of it while we waited, had a beer and checked out the shop. They even noticed I had a slightly bent rotor and took care of that on the spot. These guys are amazing. I broke my chain 20 minutes into my first ride and coasted into town. They had my bike fixed and me back on the trail in under 30 minutes. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Also—-great new bikes and vintage bikes to check out!
