We ordered a Transition Relay and picked it up at Handlebar. They asked the right questions and had it ready for us when we arrived. Everything was dialed in and they helped get a few accessories set up. We also got some new helmets, trail recommendations and had a great afternoon on new wheels. This is a great shop with super helpful folks to set up your bike.
I just had my bike serviced at Handlebar. They were extremely welcoming and friendly. The technician who worked on my bike took care of all the updates and got it ready for summer. It’s a great shop - knowledge, skills and a positive vibe.
I originally posted a one star because I had a rough first impression of this place based off a phone call. To my absolute surprise, the OWNER called me back about 30 mins after I called and apologized for the miscommunication. He obviously really cares about his business and made sure all of my questions were answered. We look forward to working with these guys. Thanks for caring enough to reach out.
