This is a great location to take spin classes. It is a little small/cramped but I never have a problem getting into a class so I think that’s a fair tradeoff. Emma is a fantastic instructor, I love doing her classes. Everyone that works at this location is friendly and respectful. Sometimes I can’t keep up with the choreography or speed in the classes but I never feel judged or awkward about that by instructors or other class members. Everyone’s there to get a good workout in and it’s a really supportive environment.
Katrina classes is the BOMB!!
I make the trip from North Station to the South End just to take Matt’s class—that’s how good he is. His energy is unmatched, his playlists are 🔥, and he somehow manages to push you while still making it fun. His classes fill up within minutes, and it’s no surprise why. If you get a spot, consider it your lucky day. Truly one of the standouts at the studio!
*Update* since they added strength to north station. I love being a member here. The instructors are fun, the atmosphere is energizing, & it’s always been a place I look forward to going. My original review suggested they add some strength classes in the afternoons and they followed up super fast and made schedule adjustments to add them. My friends and I are looking forward to new HB classes!
Nikki was fantastic. From the moment we walked in we felt welcome. She gave clear instruction, challenged the class, and was 100% on beat. 10/10 for sure :)
