Very rude over the phone! I had to reschedule an appointment (Friday to Monday). The gentlemen said, "Oh you missed one. If you miss this one, another will not be scheduled." I said I had a family emergency beyond my control. He chuckles, then hangs up the phone in my face. Extremely rude. If it were my company he wouldn't have a job, let alone be answering my phone.
