We loved our experience with Jane and her team! Our pyebaek ceremony was so much fun and ran so smoothly—our guests loved it. Such a beautiful and easy experience. My mom and I were very impressed by the shop and the traditional hanboks present. Both the owner and her assistant were very sweet and made picking my custom and my son’s custom hanboks easy. It was truly a learning experience as well. My mother is Korean but my father is European American- I have not had a hanbok since I was a child. GET YOUR HANBOK HERE!!!!! I had an incredible experience with them. I knew I wanted to wear a hanbok for my wedding but didn’t know of any local places in Detroit/Michigan. I’m originally from Northern VA where we do have a couple hanbok shops, however my mom heard about this place from a friend and I literally made 2 trips out to this store from Michigan, but it was super worth it. I cannot recommend The Hanbok enough! I went through Jasmine and The Hanbok team for my mom and mother-in-law's hanboks for my wedding. The hanboks were absolutely stunning, and both moms received so many compliments from family, friends, and other guests on the wedding day.
