Redwood was great with their response and attempt to fix the issue and provide a portable air conditioner. The HVAC did not show up on Friday afternoon as promised, but did show up Monday morning, determined the problem and ordered the needed part.
Informative tour and nice model. My client was excited to see it.
Austin took care of the maintenance requests in a timely manner as usual and all were handled correctly. Kim and her staff have been great in responding to anything that’s needed done.
Madison has been very helpful walking us through the house and helping us with the application.
