Great apartment complex with a great location to most things locally. Haven't had an issue with cockroaches like most people even with an apartment right next to a majority of woods on the property because I keep my drains closed at night. Haven't seen one for 4 months now. The staff is always wonderful and the office is well maintained. Would highly recommend for those moving to the area

The staff seem to change a lot, so you can't form a relationship with any of them, making it feel less like a community. We've had 4 water shut-offs in the last few weeks with almost no notice.
