I’ve lived here for a long time and have nothing but great things to say. The apartment itself was wonderful, and the management team was always professional and easy to work with. It's a great location that's close to everything, including the airport. Highly recommended!
As a delivery driver, this is one of the most confusing complexes I've delivered to. There is one numbered sign per building and it's not illuminated or in the middle. The numbering system is completely baffling, S318 and S328 are right next to each other on the ground floor, but S326 is on the second floor? Why are there even letters? Really poorly thought out.
The complex itself is nice based on the model I toured (Columbia), and the amenities are appealing. I also spoke with a current resident, another college student, who said they enjoy living there, which at first made me feel good about applying. My tour with Allizae was informative, and she was helpful during the walkthrough. However, my experience during the application process was extremely disappointing. Great apartment complex with a great location to most things locally. Haven't had an issue with cockroaches like most people even with an apartment right next to a majority of woods on the property because I keep my drains closed at night. Haven't seen one for 4 months now. The staff is always wonderful and the office is well maintained. Would highly recommend for those moving to the area
