We had a wonderful experience living at Hampton at Coral Ridge. The community is quiet, safe, and very family-friendly. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. The management is incredibly unprofessional; the landlord ignores emails and fails to provide accurate notice for unit entries, which is a major privacy concern. The complex has no security cameras, and if your property is damaged, management refuses to help or take responsibility. Additionally, the parking situation is a disaster—the "resident passes" are never enforced, so you’ll be forced to park far from your building because visitors take up all the resident spots.
