I highly recommend looking elsewhere. The management is incredibly unprofessional; the landlord ignores emails and fails to provide accurate notice for unit entries, which is a major privacy concern. The complex has no security cameras, and if your property is damaged, management refuses to help or take responsibility. Additionally, the parking situation is a disaster—the "resident passes" are never enforced, so you’ll be forced to park far from your building because visitors take up all the resident spots. Hampton apartments are amazing,clean,The office staff is very professional and friendly.Hamptons apartments are very safe and it's very close to a lot of stores.The best Apartments to live in,I cannot complain. I don’t live at these apartments (or even in the same town), but a friend invited me to follow their Facebook page—and I’m so glad they did! I love that the community doesn’t just do giveaways and fun activities for residents, but also includes people who participate on Facebook. It shows they really care about building a welcoming and engaging atmosphere. If I lived in the area, I can assure you I’d want to move here—it looks like such a fun and friendly place to live!
