I lived at the Hampton for about 2 years and it was a great experience! Management is easy to get a hold of and always ready to help when needed. The complex is clean and quiet, the staff is always looking for ways to bring the community together. 10/10 recommend.
Best place to rent in Coralville! Michelle, Corey, and Tonya are all great! You can tell they really care about making it a great experience for residents. Michelle has always had our back and has done a lot to answer any questions or look into concerns. Corey and Tonya work really hard to keep everything up and running. They're always on top of keeping up the grounds and the buildings. Any time we've had concerns or maintenance issues they've always done everything they can to make it right. I absolutely loved my stay at Hampton Apartments! From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and at home. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, with all the amenities one could ask for. Location-wise, it couldn't be better! It's just a short drive to local shops, downtown, and many restaurants.
