We had a wonderful experience living at Hampton at Coral Ridge. The community is quiet, safe, and very family-friendly. One of the things we appreciated most was how responsive and efficient the maintenance team was. Whenever we submitted a maintenance request, it was handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend looking elsewhere. The management is incredibly unprofessional; the landlord ignores emails and fails to provide accurate notice for unit entries, which is a major privacy concern. The complex has no security cameras, and if your property is damaged, management refuses to help or take responsibility. Additionally, the parking situation is a disaster—the "resident passes" are never enforced, so you’ll be forced to park far from your building because visitors take up all the resident spots. Hampton apartments are amazing,clean,The office staff is very professional and friendly.Hamptons apartments are very safe and it's very close to a lot of stores.The best Apartments to live in,I cannot complain.
