Worst experience trying to buy a home. We went there and picked a lot and home plan. We left and waited for confirmation of pricing and lot price. Communicated several times and was told that they'd get back to us. We were ready to sign but couldn't get a commitment on price or start date. We moved on and are building with brown haven homes. Worked out in our favor...getting amazing mountain views and better neighborhood for similar cost.
