I was early, my appointment was for 11:30 a.m. arrived at 11:00 a.m. sharp! Washrooms were spotless and I was actually serviced and in my car before 11:30 a.m! very professional, Very quick. The fact that I was sent home and not kept for observation is a plus! Well done!!!!
Very organized and friendly clinic. The receptionist is efficient and kind. Dr Gagic is on time, knowledgeable, and very nice. His assistant is a rockstar and she is a pleasure to be around. Nothing but good things to say about this office!! <3
Went to clinic, told they couldn’t help me-but ordered compression socks. I went to another vascular dr for second opinion-he scheduled surgery immediately and couldn’t believe I had already seen a vascular surgeon that did nothing. The receptionists and lady who orders the socks are all nice people. Drs suck.
Unfortunately, I can’t review the service of this place because I have never been able to get an appointment there.i can talk about how they treat customers though. If you call and hear their message , you can tell that the reception does not focus on customer experience but on their inability to communicate effectively with clients.
