The lady at the counter was very rude during our visit. She made us feel like we were not welcome there and seemed annoyed that we came in. Customer service should be respectful and friendly, but unfortunately that was not our experience.
Very disappointing experience. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. It honestly felt like she hates when people come there for a visit. Her attitude was terrible and she spoke in a very unfriendly and disrespectful way.
Very disappointed with the services. Previously Dr Rathod staff was amazing they were very professional. But now with Dr W the staff is not professional at all and they just put phone on hold without even informing as if we are free here . Do not book yourself with them better go with any other clinics . Many other knows how to behave well with clients.
EDIT**** January 13**** It's funny how you stand up for yourself, not in a rude or mean way but in an assertive way as one should. To see they cancel you and your 19mth old daughter as a patient. Now I've been with this clinic for YEARS and have never been treated in such a way as they have with me. Dr. Rathod leaving created a bit of a stir in the clinic. I do admit that the receptionists can be more nicer in her tone, but Dr. Walter is such a nice and caring doctor. You can come walk in and see him most of the time (at least nowadays that's how it is) and he calls and makes follow ups and is on top of everything. It can be hard to find a family doctor. Don't let negative reviews sway you. The pharmacy is the best as well. Shout-out to Irish who always greets me with a smile and to the caring pharmacists.
