Doctor Walter is one of the best doctors I have ever met. He is kind, patient, and truly listens to your concerns without making you feel rushed. The front desk staff are both very friendly and helpful, which makes every visit smooth and welcoming. The pharmacy team is also excellent—always supportive and ready to help. Highly recommend to everyone.

The lady at the counter was very rude during our visit. She made us feel like we were not welcome there and seemed annoyed that we came in. Customer service should be respectful and friendly, but unfortunately that was not our experience.
Very disappointing experience. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. It honestly felt like she hates when people come there for a visit. Her attitude was terrible and she spoke in a very unfriendly and disrespectful way.
Very disappointed with the services. Previously Dr Rathod staff was amazing they were very professional. But now with Dr W the staff is not professional at all and they just put phone on hold without even informing as if we are free here . Do not book yourself with them better go with any other clinics . Many other knows how to behave well with clients.
